Payment methods

Marimekko's online store uses payment services provided by Adyen BV (Simon Carmiggeltstraat 6-50, Amsterdam, 1011 D, the Netherlands), PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, GooglePay and ApplePay. Refunds for orders paid with Klarna, Afterpay, or PayPal cannot be completed in store. All Klarna, Afterpay, and PayPal purchases must be returned through the website via mail. You can also pay with a gift card in our online store. Gift Cards are available for purchase online and at Marimekko stores.

Klarna

Klarna allows you to pay for purchases in four interest-free installments. The first payment is charged when the merchant confirms your order or when the order ships. The next 3 payments are automatically made every 2 weeks after your Initial Payment (the first Installment Payment is due at least 15 days after the Initial Payment for California residents). Klarna charges no interest with Pay in 4 and no fees unless you fail to pay. If you return or cancel any part of your purchase, you may get a refund from Klarna, depending on how the store handles returns and cancellations. If you are due a refund from Klarna on a returned or canceled order, we will refund the balance back to your original payment method. A Late Fee of up to $7 may be charged if any scheduled payment remains unpaid after 10 days (the total of late fees charged on an order will never exceed 25% of your Total Purchase Amount). Afterpay BNPL (Pay in 4)

Afterpay provides Services that allow merchants to offer consumers the ability to pay for goods or services in installments (the “Extended Repayment Feature”), which may be accessed through your Account.
With Afterpay, the customer pays for the order in 4 equal installments over 6 weeks without incurring any interest.
Afterpay pays the retailer in full and upfront on your behalf. You pay the first 25% installment at the time of purchase, and the remaining three installments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.

When you choose to pay in 4 interest-free installments, Klarna performs a soft credit check. This type of credit check will not impact your credit score.

A Marimekko gift card can be used to pay in the Marimekko online store at marimekko.com. If the balance on your card doesn't cover the full amount of your purchase, you can pay the remainder using another payment method of your choice.
